Thank you for your providing both an efficient and unobtrusive service to the black water pipework on board JO. The pipework had not been cleaned since the vessel was launched 7 years ago, the pipes capacity had been severely restricted and a number of ball valves seized, the cleaning process has drastically improved the entire pipework and freed all the valves.I thank you again for providing a great service whilst the crew and the yacht continued its daily life in the shipyard totally uninterrupted.

From our initial contact to request a quotation, through the planning and then carrying out the service onboard, Marinevac Croatia were extremely professional and efficient. Once onboard, they double checked our system drawings and pipelines to ensure that maximum areas of the black and grey systems were going to be treated. Each area in which they worked was fully protected to prevent any damage and everything was returned to the same condition as found after completion. As seen in the photos in the report all pipes came out as new after the service. The job was carried out with no issues and with high level of cleanliness in mind and no involvement by crew.
I am very happy with the result I would say that this should be done at least every 5 years on both black and grey water lines.
